2. Prepare listing documents & get them executed
3. Intro email to sellers
4. Schedule & confirm inspections, pictures, lockbox, and sign installation
5. Schedule open house & communicate all required information with open house agents
6. Obtain all disclosures, "getting to know your home", utility information from the sellers
7. Enter listing to MLS (including write description) - we don't publish until you review and approve
8. Set up Showingtime
9. Set up and upload listing documents to compliance
10. Set up calendar with important dates (keep it updated)

Note - 

1) Agent is responsible for any additional charges such as lockbox & sign runner, inspections, pictures, and any virtual staging.

2) This package is payable when the listing becomes Active.
