We offer transaction management services to real estate agents from ALL brokerages.


Yes, our transaction coordinators are licensed in the states of PA, DE & MD.


At the moment, we are only licensed in the states of PA, DE, MD.



Yes, we do. During our initial conversation about setting expectations, we'll discuss how often and to what extent.


Because communication is key, before we start working together, please schedule a discovery call to discuss your preferences for updates (email/phone, how often, etc.), and set up clear expectations.


No matter what happens, we don’t replace you.  


You stay focused on the things that generate revenue. Working with your prospects and clients is what makes you money. It’s where your skillset comes in. It’s the stuff that generates the most revenue per hour.  

1)  We don't draft contracts as part of our packages. However:

  • We prepare addendums frequently, with our agents providing or approving the exact verbiage via email or text.
  • Drafting and revising offers are among the services included in our à la carte options.


2) We don’t handle your “heat."  

  • If there is a client or agent who is upset with you, you’ll need to handle it yourself. 


3) We are not personal assistants.  

  • We work on the tasks we’ve agreed on. It’s the only way we can be highly efficient and keep our prices in check. 
  • We don’t schedule your day or appointments. 
  • We don’t show properties. 
  • We don’t run errands. 


4) We don’t do any marketing for you.  

  • There are people who are great at that – and it's not us. 


5) We do not handle the seller's conveyancing (order tax, sewer, water, trash certs, or mortgage payoff) - the title company handles this.


6) We do not order U&O inspections or HOA documents, but we pre-fill all applicable applications and provide clear directions for the sellers on the next steps.


7) We don’t lie or commit fraud.  

  • No client or paycheck is worth losing a license and/or a career over. We’ve never crossed “that” line. We never will.


LISTING PACKAGE & LISTING PACKAGE 

Payment is due when the listing goes ACTIVE on the MLS  


BUYER & LISTING CONTRACT TO CLOSE PACKAGES 

Payment is due on the day of settlement.   If the deal falls through, you don't get paid, and we don't get paid, either.   

 

LISTING TO SOLD PACKAGE 

Payment is due on the day of settlement. If the listing is terminated, canceled, or expired. Payment is due at the Listing Package price.


ADDITIONAL/A-LA CARTE SERVICES 

For all documents (offer writing, buyer documents, etc) - payment is due after the service is completed.


We do not get paid on the settlement statement (HUD or ALTA). You can pay via Venmo or credit card (a convenience fee will be applied).


Our Summer hours schedule is:

Monday - Thursday, 9 am-5 pm

Friday 9 am-1 pm


Saturday & Sunday - additional fees apply-based on availability
