Katie is an experienced residential REALTOR® in Central Maryland. As your transaction coordinator, Katie will provide you with the support and understanding to make your real estate transaction smooth and enjoyable from the moment you connect until after closing and beyond.

Katie holds a BS in Legal Studies and an MS in Business. She worked in higher education before finding her passion in real estate. Her strong people skills and business acumen have allowed her to serve others with skill and confidence while exhibiting the highest level of integrity and customer service in all areas of her work.

She is a homeschooling mom living in Harford County with her family, two dogs, two cats, and two fish tanks. When not working, you can find her volunteering with animals, working in her fruit and vegetable gardens, or exploring nature through hiking or canoeing.

Maya grew up in a dynamic, real estate and entrepreneurial home, fostering a passion for innovation and business from a young age. Having called Chester County her home for the past 16 years, she is a graduate of West Chester University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Her background, paired with a strong work ethic, has shaped her into a highly organized and detail-oriented transaction coordinator.

Known for her sense of urgency, clear communication, and diligent follow-up, Maya plays a key role in keeping transactions moving smoothly from contract to close. She prides herself on being proactive, dependable, and supportive throughout every step of the process.

Outside of work, Maya thrives on creativity and connection. She enjoys gaming with friends and diving into the worlds of DC and Marvel. At home in Exton, she shares life with her fiancée, Sarah, and their cats, Shado and Felicity.
