Mercedes resides in Delaware with her husband, son, and their English bulldog, King. She enjoys skating, dancing, and family time.

Katie is an experienced residential REALTOR® in Central Maryland. She prides herself on providing the highest level of customer service while being attentive and responsive to her clients' specific needs. As your transaction coordinator, Katie will provide you with the support and understanding to make your real estate transaction smooth and enjoyable from the moment you connect until after closing and beyond.

Katie holds a BS in Legal Studies and an MS in Business. She worked in higher education before finding her passion in real estate. Her strong people skills and business acumen have allowed her to serve others with skill and confidence while exhibiting the highest level of integrity and customer service in all areas of her work.

She is a homeschooling mom living in Harford County with her family, two dogs, two cats, and two fish tanks. When not working, you can find her volunteering with animals, working in her fruit and vegetable gardens, or exploring nature through hiking or canoeing.

Maya grew up in a dynamic real estate, entrepreneurial home, fostering a passion for innovation and business from a young age. Having called Chester County her home for the past 16 years, she recently completed four years of study at West Chester University, where she majored in Marketing. Maya's journey led her to join forces with her mom, Sigal, to create the vibrant and successful Sigal D Waters team. This powerhouse duo combines decades of experience with Maya’s fresh, innovative approach. Her attention to detail, sense of urgency, and diligent follow-up make her an excellent transaction coordinator.

Maya thrives on creativity and connection, finding joy in gaming with friends and immersing herself in the thrilling universes of DC and Marvel. At home in Exton, she shares her life with her partner, Sarah, and their charming cats, Shado & Khione.
