· Confirm appraisal was scheduled or waived
· Review mortgage commitment
· Help the sellers order U&O inspections
· Schedule U&O
· Review title commitment & share with sellers
· Order deed package
· Verify that the payoff was ordered
· Confirm walkthrough and settlement time & location
· Confirm receipt of signed deed package, U&O, and EMD by title before settlement
· Review ALTA Statement and share it with the listing agent
· Close listing on MLS
· Upload executed ALTA & check to compliance
